The Nature of Creation

Complex factors related to the global meta crisis have many of us feeling ungrounded, purposeless, and disconnected from Creation (i.e. nature, ourselves, each other, and God). So much of our time is spent indoors, online, and alone. The purpose of this 1-day retreat is to cultivate creativity as a spiritual practice, which can help us bridge these and other divides.

Retreat activities include:

• quiet, sacred time in nature

• Japanese mud ball making

• guided meditation practice

• mindful eating (lunch provided)
